Tall Guy is Rod Greene former 340 4 spd. H/S National Record Holder
in association with me. One of country top Thermoquad experts among
other things Mopar. Short Guy is Jon's 7 year old. Medium guy is Jon's Father
in Law. Elder tired guy on end would be me. We worked our butts off after losing
flywheel on convertor 4th round. Fortunately we had a almost hour Oil Down.

Good show, plus Paula and Mike are top notch people. My former partner and I raced with and against them many times down here in Division 4.

Indeed, I am both Blessed and Proud to have them as my friends!

Thirty years ago: Mike and I did not get along very well when we first meet
as is not terribly unusual when you run similar cars in the same class way back
in those days.

However, that changed very quickly as Mike and Paula are some of the nicest and
generous people that you will ever encounter at the Track.

My older son Robbie broke the 8 3/4 Rear End in his 73 Roadrunner (First 400 Stocker in 10's)
and they loaned us a 3rd member for the race when we barely knew them. They never fail to
come to the aid of a Racer = They put the "Class" in class racing.

Mike, Paula, my former partner Bob and myself go back at about 18 years when Mike and Paula were both running their Dusters. Mike donated some gaskets we were missing after a mandatory tear down in Ennis. This allowed us to make first round the next morning. A few races later, I tried to give bak the gaskets and was told not to worry about them. Later on, Bob and I switched to IHRA crate motor when Division 4 started treating the sportsmen like dirt under their feet. We continued in that class until Bob retired, bought me out and gave the Dakota to his grandson who is still bracket racing it and doing well.

Correct!
I am the elderly guy in the red "Nevada Missile" shirt and
the hand on my boy's shoulder standing in front of rear slick.
