Nice low mileage used Comp 12-246-3 hydraulic cam and lifter set for a non-roller SB Chevy. I removed this cam and lifters myself and put the lifters in a used lifter container making sure to carefully mark where each lifter came from. The engine I took them out of had less than 10,000 miles on it and the only reason for removal was to put in a bigger cam. Click on this link for the specs
