Looking to see if anyone makes or has the angled oil tab that goes with the can thrust plate on a small block. Thanks in advance!

I gave all the engine parts to my son when he moved the machine shop. I can ask him but he builds a lot of engines and may want to keep them. There was a box of them and now that you mention it I haven't seen them here since he moved. There may be a straggler in the junk drawer. I'll look no promises.

They are pretty easy to make but you must use thin gauge steel not tin or it will crack off . Seen it happen.

i have full set ups and plates & tabs, but i don't really like to break up the band. lemme poke around and see if i have a loosey for ya.

I'd have to look...its either to oil timing chain or fuel pump eccentric...can't remember. Should be a tech article here on fabo.

Just drill a .040" hole through the cam plate in front of one of the main oil galleys and you won't have to worry about any of that junk. You'll be spraying the timing set with pressurized oil.

That's a good idea, didn't even think to do that. Easy enough mod too

It is. I just wouldn't go any bigger than about .040". I've found it necessary to drill and tap to 1/4 x 32 and screw a .040" Holley jet in, because I'm too heavy handed and break those tiny bits. lol Maybe you'll have better luck.
