Security Error When Uploading Images

Hello,

I am receiving the following error when trying to upload images. It's the same images that it keeps happening to. I followed the prompt to reload the page, etc. to no avail, then deleted them from my computer and re-uploaded them off my phone and still received the error. I'll try renaming them and see what happens next. They are JPG files and between 8 and 9 MB in size (similarly sized images upload no problem).

Renaming didn't work either.

Files are just too big.
Use a photo imaging utility to reduce the file size.
I use MS Paint (reduce size) for that when I upload pics for FABO in the threads I've done..
