I agree completely about wanting those in paper version! I've got a FSM for 70 model Challenger/Dart that I've had for 40 years. I dug it out of the trash at the vehicle maintenance shop at work! They had tossed it when the last more door Dart the company owned went to the sale. It's been an invaluable resource over the years.

We have a reprint from Year None for our 67. Binding is horrible, it is all falling apart. One for our 69 is Factory original, 50 years old and in great shape.
These are a great resource. If I could find an original 67 I would like to replace ours.

Im assuming original im not sure i bought them on eBay. I had a Haynes manual for the dart and It got ruined when my building got destroyed so I figured it was time to get the real thing lol. I use to buy a Haynes manual everytime id buy a vehicle there at one time I had a good collection of them. Then I realized they suck and are not always accurate so I stopped buying them

Haynes covered entire decades in one book, not cool. My 600 page 65-66 Plymouth FSM reprint is in a loose leaf binder now, binding broke. A/C pages are untouched but some pages are worn pretty good.

Its funny you say year none! I used to think year one was this epic restoration store and was beyond me and my ability. I have ordered a couple things for my dart thru them and I have learned they are kinda a joke! I can't complain about the quality so much because everything iv got has worked but they are overpriced and they are kinda shady. For example with my last order they sent me a 30 percent off coupon for my next order which I thought was awesome. So I was like yea I will use that for sure. I only had till Dec 31st to use it and I got my package on Dec 23rd but no biggie so I started shopping and literally everything I put in my buddy said not eligible for discounts when I tried to use my coupon. Thats some dirty bullshit imo!

As others have said, they are really handy. Yeah they are available online but there are just some maintenance jobs that are so much easier to do with a paper copy than scrolling through on a screen.

Those look to be in great shape too. I bought my pair of 75 manuals at a swap meet in the early ‘90s and they are still holding up well even though they are more worn than your pair.

I have been really scavenging all the 75 dart paperwork I can find here lately lol. I bought a 1975 dodge dart dealer brochure on ebay for like 6 bucks and I found a original 1975 dodge Plymouth Chrysler lineup brochure im bidding on now. I bought a extra owner's manual I thought it would be a good idea to have one to put away as a keepsake and I want to keep one in the glovebox just for appearance

My dad was a Mopar guy. His favorite all time car was his 40 Plymouth convertible.
Back in the 60's, there was a mail-in card in the owners manuals and he would religiously send in the $5 and the FSM would show up soon after. So I have his 61 Valiant, 63, 67 and 73 Dodge original manuals. Then I added my own 64 Valiant, 68, 69, 72 and 78 Chrysler Plymouth manuals so I'm pretty much covered.

Sitting here on the couch typing this, the 64, 68 and 72 books are on my coffee table.

I have never had any luck with a FSM repop! Always come apart at the binder. OEM original fr me!

And a good thing about the later model FSM and literature, they are out there is plenty cheap!

And I agree! Yes YearNone is a joke! I have always had good luck with the smaller vendors.

I have both the OEM FSM my dad bought with his dart in 67, and used for 50 years, an ebay oem 67 FSM and the downloaded version. I have used the downloaded version way more. I just print out the section / pages I need if working on the car, that way no grease on the pages of the paper FSM.

You'll never regret buying a FSM.
And don't discount the inerchangeability of FSMs for years of vehicles etc.
'69 Dart and Valiant would be the same mechanically for instance.
And '75 to '76 Darts. Pretty close other than some wiring and slight mechanical differences, they are good to go.
For example, I bought a FSM at an antique store a couple of years ago for a '74 Dodge Van that has a lot of info about the engines, transmissions, setting up gears, tune ups etc. that cross over to a lot of cars of that same year.
                                (and others).
                                I bought it and a '76 Chrysler/Plymouth/Dodge FSM for 10 bucks, (I talked him down from 20).
To me that's a smokin' deal, and I have used them lots.
If nothing else, they are good reading!

I always bought the FSM with a new vehicle. But when I bought our 2010 Cummins, no such luck. Not offered. Have no idea what the policy is now but that sucked.

I have a nice collection of FSMs along with several Motor and National Service. Maybe they'll get organized better when I build the new garage (hopefully in the spring).
