Shock tower questions (65 barracuda)

Anything i need to worry about with shock towers on these cars? i know this spot on mustangs has some problems.

Punch and hammer to check for soft spots that could be between the shock tower and inner fender.

If it's a Texas car, it should be fine. Check around the mounts for the upper control arms and where all that welds to the frame rails. Check the frame rails to make sure they are solid. The part where the top shock mount is only holds the shock itself, unlike a Rustang where it holds the weight of the front of the car.

I've never seen a problem with the shock towers. On a rustang either.
