Sparton horn position

in my 66 dart with the slant, I think the 2 horns are incorrectly installed or one of them is wrong. Can anyone tell me which way the horns point? Up or down? Which is hi which is lo?

btw these are on the left side of radiator (pass side), one above the other.

I think they always point down to keep water out


and there should be a letter on the horn that says what tone

Sorry, I don't have a photo of my 66 but here's a shot of my 70. Both mount the same. Horn bell goes down. The tab on the horn goes in one hole with the bolt in the other. There should be a welded nut or a clip nut on the front of the radiator support for the hold down bolt.
