bio stickers get slapped on at the tow lot so it was there before copart got a hold of it.

but to that point, copart is selling these for profit, so doing something like that would be a hindrance. to that end of things, i'd guess that's why the wheel was removed: to show the blingy brakes.
 
Roof may have been cut off and just laid back on

The roof is still attached. The cut locations for a roof removal would be very visible in the pictures.

Based on the damage, missing driver seat back and the B pillar cut the driver could have been slid out the side.
