First butt hot off the mold and using cheap fiberglass resin is not good but trying to keep it affordable.
Cutting it down so no waist line will be there just a butt. Because of the swing of the seat to the center pole I had to keep the butt somewhat flat so the seat would swivel around 180*

So love it or hate it traeger for the win. Took some bargain bin pork, tossed it on traeger for a mere five hours, and boom we got supplies for football tomorrow! Smoke ring is perfect. Moist and just plain yummy. A bit of slaw and some make you sweat BBQ and I am one happy guy!

Hard part about doing this is I have no butt so I really need someone that does have a big ***. Could ask the neighbor but she might slap me. lol
Just super cool Fred! Can’t wait to see it in person. I got no butt so I am not a good model, but I do weigh over 200 pounds! All you need now is a five point harness for the driver! You are one creative guy!

That is exactly why we went back to simple drip. Jodi is a coffeeholic. I mean seriously do not speak to her until cup two. She just had to have the fancy keurig, it was not durable enough. Maybe we got a cheapee I dunno? But it did not hold up so we replaced it and second one met similar fate. We figured it was because we were on well water?
Well water kills em quick.

Rear cab mount aligned and centered, welded in. What a difference switching to .030 wire from .023. Welds much better on the heavy stuff. Now moved my attention to front mount/rad support. Original was one in the centre, now one at each frame rail.

Creative? I think the seats are Hoppy's fault he posted them I'm just copying his idea.

My little Hobart 135 has been acting up It isn't getting a good weld and air pockets in the weld. I put on a new gauge on the Argon C02 tank but still pin holes.
Any ideas on what I need to do?

Would Hoppy's Sublime thong blend in with the rest of the paint scheme?

A couple days ago was national Irish coffee day.

I missed it, so I'm having three tonight*

BTW- I haven't bought Bailey's in a while------OMG $30 for a 5th.
Got something else (St something) that was only $14.
It's not bad. Paired with 8 O'clock dark Italian roast.

Check polarity. Fan running and blowing across your work? Whats gas set at? Porous welds can form due to various reasons. Dirty metal, incorrect gas flow rate.

Well I bolted and drilled the dishwasher top rack, hope the hardware holds as the bolt wasn't really long enough for locking washer and didn't have the right sized nylock nut. On a positive note the tires sold, wife is happier than me as she was dealing with all the loons! We are doubling down on the Keurig, going to a Nespresso, we know we like that coffee as they had one of those machines at the casino hotel we stayed at. It's spendy per pod but we are trying to cut back on our 1-2 pot a day habit lol!
