BTW, not sure how often you get gout but this pill "Colchicine" knocks it out in hours.. **** is amazing. if your doctor didn't get you some get a new doctor :) also only takes like 1-2 pills...

I have had it like 3 times... it is SOOOO not fun.... like.... 8/10 kidney stone fun... i am lucky it was just big toe, and i think ankle one time.. you can get it any joint..
Crazy..

My injuries and joint pain are breakage and excessive use, thankfully. ????

I will advocate and encourage folks to check out alternative footwear that is wide toe box and/or minimalist footwear.

Yeah, injury recovery sucks...

As you know, good food choices reduce inflammation. That's super important to maintain performance levels.

Also, not being quick to the knife. I've avoided 3 recommended surgeries by taking an occupational health approach.

Hardest part is visiting family/relatives (who put away an obscene amount of carbs) or travelling.... food options just generally suck

well for me it got to a point where i would have to stop and literally in my head be like "Is this good or bad for me.. and will i regret it 3 seconds after it's in my stupid fat face" and that helps.. sometimes though....

I find that being a "lazy cook" and just not having stuff in the house is my best plan.

Shop the outside of the store
