Good Morning All! Mitch since you fixed your ice maker so quick, want to come tackle my garage door spring? Was in the living room yesterday and heard one helluva noise, couldn't figure out what it was for a minute until I saw my spring in two pieces on one side of the garage door. We have a showing on Thursday and a possible second open house on Sunday so this will be interesting.

Just got an email from the body shop I was "on the list" for, want me to sign a contract I can't even see via docusign and pay a $500 deposit, um hell no. Will be calling them to get off their list today, never heard of this BS!
