Stop in for a cup of coffee

Had to give up painting outside earlier. Had primered the backing plates and was standing at the Blast Cabinet working, when I heard the Rain comin down. Good thing the door was open, ran and got them. Think the primer had dried enough already...Back at it tomorrow I guess....

Strawberry bed is doing good this year but I have some varmint that likes green Strawberries and picks them off and chews on them a bit and leaves them. Mice? Squirrels? I have no idea but time to put chicken wire over them. :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

My garden is taking a beating this year. Too much rain, too cool temps. Now we’re getting ready for 100 degrees the next week after 5 straight days of rain. What’s left is gonna cook itself

Good Evening All! First shower we've had in awhile, needed it hate to say cause I was watering the fruit trees, rhubarb, evergreen trees etc. last night, gave em a good soaking. Need to get my computer speakers figured out while "staging" no audio and you guys are posting some good tunes. We found a garage door guy that will change both springs for $375, coming tomorrow at 11 with a showing at 12 or 1, wife says she told them the time and they'll get er done. Talked to body shop, Duster's going to jail on the 30th, gonna get an expensive hook, don't have a car trailer and the Ramchargers' not even set up to tow, have to look into that/hitch.

Sounds like every year here, mostly I put stuff in too late trying to predict last cold snap then get the typical short/not warm enough summer. Can't EVEN think about growing melons etc. out here, barely tomatoes but I can if planted early enough. May have better luck in Idaho even if only a raised bed garden. Good luck!

1963 I'm partial I guess since that's my birth year, seem to like several models that are that year, Dart, Corvette (1 year split window) etc. How long have you had the 63? I'll raise you a Duster for time not getting it done lol!

Same here, we have been harvesting tomatoes but that's it, waiting on the good flavor of cherakee purple tomatoes, starting to turn pink.
Same weather forecast here.

Car show and some drag racing Saturday morning, going to let a few friends see my gall for the first time holding a V8 instead of a slant 6.
May take a couple passes for chits and giggles, 2.97 gears ain't made for 1/8 mile, but we will see.

There was a time I expressed my artistry as above  Couple of pumpkin farms nearby. Oddest shape is bestest
I got room in front yard, sprinklers for lawn will water them. The seedlings got about 10" tall, next day I go out to look, GONE!
Little stumps sticking out of the ground where they once lived surrounded by snail trails

63 Was a good year. I 've had the Fury in the garage for about 2 months and not mine but a good friends and been doing a bit of adjusting the panels to fit as best as I can. It's going black in color so I'm just getting use to the old gal and will tackle the body work soon.
