Morning all.


So a few weeks back, I let it slip that I hoped to have some major news to share, at least major to me, and after what has seemed like an eternity, we finally have all the ducks lined up, we are closing on our house construction loan on Friday!!!!!

This has been a multi-year process getting everything lined up. And the best part is, that barring anything crazy happening with the budget, there is room added in for a new shop.

That can be a pretty funny app. I remember being on a job in FL in July, the forecast just said "Its hotter than Satan's Balls" most accurate forecast I had seen in forever.
