Good Morning All! What a week, started with a storm that never really was but like the first snow forecast from the weatherman on TV where there standing in the wind in their Parkas..... I will say it was windy Mon-Thurs tho

Morning slept well, only up once. Door chime alert. Someone is at your door. Get up look . It's a deer.

Just an observation, every day that passes the wiring in our old cars get's older causing all sorts of issues. Lots of threads in the forums with electrical problems.

This is true, think when I'm done with paint phase looking for that firewall bulkhead connector may be the first bit of the first electrical work I do along with a new harness, hopefully "plug and play"

No one ever 100% silicones the wiring that rejuvenates the coating. Terminals you still have to clean.
One of the best things I did to my 66 is go through the bulkhead connector for some cleaning and clean every ground I could see on the car. It wasn't too crusty rusty though.

I sometimes wonder why plumbing and electric in a building holds up so much better and longer than similar in a vehicle. Then I wonder why I wonder about chit like that.
