Frank do you have all the hatches battened down? I'll bet you do, think I read something about wet pellets, how'd that turn out?
Dry next 5 days, rain moves in Saturday, 80 for the high and 60 degrees at night, yes Franks got wet pellets that was not used last year, hope there's a way to let them dry out, hopefully just the bottom of the bags are moist @71340Duster

Before we left, we ordered everything, trusses, I joists etc for the structural framing. supposed to be delivered today or tomorrow. My sub was to pour the rest of the concrete Friday. Amish was to start the 20th. I’ll check in on it all when I get back

We are in the market for a new computer because of Win 11. Looking around not much locally available in desktop versions, it's either gaming computers or all in one laptop type. Also lots of them advertise "AI already built in", don't think I want that!
