Woke up at 5:30. Thought I might as well just get up and get the day going. Cleaned up the kitchen, loaded the dishwasher, and tool out the trash to the curb. Hey, I'm on a roll for 6 am. Got the wife's coffee made as well. Some day she will retire and my life will change. She can make her own coffee. :poke:
Loaded the dishwasher?? You are drunk already? You have a road trip to do today!

Club member shows up with his bumper, for his 48 f100. Kinda beat. 1 hour with my ball joint press and the 10 ton press and its now useable. Nice!

Well I landed yet another Executive Protection gig here local. One of Charlie Kirk’s associates or buddies or partner not sure which he is? Seth Gruber (sp?) is speaking later this month and he darn sure wanted armed protection! Appears the ( not political group) are not his biggest fans. Kind of spooky needing armed protection to just speak. A gig is a gig!

TV News reported this morning that our AIR FEST will have fewer participants. USAF or USN decided to pull out due to Govt. shutdown.

That much less noise.

Hey I was a at synagogue a few weeks ago in suburban NJ and there was armed security. Crazy to think you can't go to church or school without armed protection but unfortunately we could say it is prudent. As far a speaking here in the US I think its sad but not unheard of. Anyway, like you say, its a gig and that's what you do.

In 62/63 I was in the 7th grade and some moron brought a pellet pistol to class and planted a pellet in the bulletin board right behind the teacher. The shot was at head level too and just off to the side of the teacher's head.
