We frequently saw a similar vehicle at Orange County Raceway. That one had a lot more tire and Hilborns. Of course due to the rider position and where the injectors were situated we had to poke fun at the possibility of suction affecting the rider's private parts

Took demon to top off tank for cruise tomorrow. Almost seems like the converter is failing. New bad vibration at 2500. Stall is 2400. Does it in every gear and park. Also on deceleration. Not sure if i should skip. Didn't do it last drive, or didnt notice it. Very obvious this drive

  • I guess the Interstate 5 closure happened after all.

  • California is closing a large stretch of Interstate 5 near Camp Pendleton today after the Marine Corps confirmed it would be conducting an artillery live-fire event over the freeway.
The state announced the four-hour closure Saturday morning, citing “extreme life safety risk and distraction to drivers, including sudden unexpected and loud explosions,” from the Marine Corps’ event today as part of its 250th birthday celebration. The closure will be in effect between Harbor Drive in Oceanside to Basilone Road near San Onofre and comes only three days after the Marine Corps said that no freeway closure would be necessary.

“Due to an event at Camp Pendleton today, October 18th, Interstate 5 will be closed from Harbor Drive to Basilone Road between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm.,” California Highway Patrol said in a statement posted to its social media pages. “Drivers should expect delays on Interstate 5 and other state routes throughout Southern California before, during, and after the event.”

Electronic messages warning about the closure due to live weapon fire were visible along Interstate 5 in Los Angeles County.

Getting stuff organized in quonset, will be able to stuff in vehicles tomorrow.

Demon is fixed. A win for solid engine plates. I felt the imbalance in the alternator! I changed that and havent driven it since. Suddenly dawn on me. Reman junk. All better now. Crazy I could feel it.

SpaceX postponed that Falcon launch, again :BangHead: . It must have been too clear and calm. Now that I think about it, the sea where the Falcon is supposed to set down on the barge may have been too rough.

That's great. Crazy!

Holy ****, I just did the scariest and most nerve wracking drive of my entire life. The last leg of our trip was to cannonball from Tampa Florida to Gatlingburg TN. Just got in. I just did the tail of the dragon… AT NIGHT!!! Not by choice, the other road to our place was closed due to semi fire so it took us down the Dragon.

I’ve done it during the day no problem, but at night, holy hell Batman.
