Stop in for a cup of coffee

I figure we've had it pretty good weather wise, giving that it is the week before Thanksgiving (U.S.)

Glad I have this weather station here. Often there's a sizeable difference between here and the official town location, which is 7 miles away, down in the river valley. 10 degrees colder there than here
Thanksgiving is next week???

Holy ****!

If I could get the money together I would go mini split.
If/when you do this you're still going to need back-up/emergency heat, as most air-air heatpumps hit their "balance point" somewhere between 15-25 degrees, depending on the building construction, so don't sell your other heat sources!

Edit: I had to install a new OA sensor on our system on Sunday, and Monday (yesterday) morning it was pretty chilly in the house, as "someone" (cough, cough!) forgot to tell the system that it could switch over to gas heat when it got down to 20* outside. (Damn HVAC tech! Didn't pay him a nickel, and I guess I got what I paid for.)

Good morning :D

EDIT ... I think this photo was taken in the hills above Santa Barbara  One of the Forest Service hangouts up there recorded 9" of rain over the last 3 days

Lots of times it bees like that.
I hate to rant but there seems to be a lot of silly questions now days from people with no common sense. I always heard "there is no such thing as a dumb question" Well, there are times. Just like "the customer is always right" Not always. :BangHead: :BangHead:

Then there is the guy doing the Jeep motor swap in a Barracuda. He's also got the Duster he's workin on. How long do you think it's gonna be before those EXPOSED cheapass plastic chinkese wire connectors on those relays corrodes? I just don't believe the things some people do. And he couldda got Bosch style relays connectors for CHEAP. ...and don't get me started on the brake pedal rod thing. Dammit man. Can you say safety issue?

That's cool. it would look good in a T bucket. 472 GMC blower.
Contractor I worked for long ago had a vibratory roller that broke down and was parked in the yard. One weekend the 4-72 in it just disappeared :wtf: . Not long after on my commute back to the desert I hear this racket approaching from behind on the freeway. Noisy Ferd F100 pulls up next to me and driver is waving at me :wtf: It was a coworker from the past and that screamin' Jimmy from the dead roller resided in that F100
