Stop in for a cup of coffee

Hey guys can i complain, here in Az "Tucson" I have a neighbor with a Harley that is a pain in the keester, when every he is home i have to hear that dam bike every 15-20 mintues and when he is not he leaves his dog outside to bark all day its a nightmare.
For 3 years. Hey i like bikes but be recstpecful.
I used to shut mine up the block and coast home the last few houses. he moves his from the garage two feet out the driveway and has to start it up sucks.
I knew i would not be happy here. I need a 3 car anyway. been looking. moving is a pain and cost's about 20k each time closing fee's.
getting old dosn't help either. Urgh 62 now. I need alittle elbow room never had the right house always rushed in the next and settled.
 
Still in the house. Maybe another coffee. If i recall, the hoist ramps are near 48” apart, so excavatir being 38” wide it will sit on floor with hoist lowered. Easier to work on methinks.

I'm flying into Phoenix tonight and spending 4 days in Quartzsite. I hope the weather is good down there and the North Dakota cold doesn't fallow me.

Some don’t care, some don’t realize and some do it out of spite. If i was disturbing a neighbour to the level you are experiencing i would want to know. Luckily, i can get away with just about anything here, they don’t mind what i do here. Not knowing the guy’s personality, woukd have to approach carefully.
 
My 17 year old is looking for a project car. I found this down the road. 318 car, not running. Interior is mostly in tack. What red flags should I be looking for and what should we be trying to pay?

Sry for the long post.......That isn't all of it either. not one dam person came over and said zip to me. I knew all my neighbors at my previous home. all i got was one time one neighbor came by and said hey whos cars are all these? No hello i'm your neighbor bill or anything just what are all these cars coming and going,
I said mine, my friends i work on them. i do like to change cars every now and then it's my hobby. and then he walks away? then my neighbor next door moves in a renter and has a sport bike and a harley too he revs his all the time like he is 17 look what i own. I'm like really.
He is a car salesman and brings home cars from the lot just about every day different car, and he sells them to seen one on facebook. thats fine but he is always detailing them up for sale like he is running a business on the weekend.
He also drives up my driveway with his bike because he dose not want to move any of his cars to get in his, so i put big rocks so he cannot do that anymore. Always blocks my driveway to i'm like really cannot even pull in my own driveway, I dont say anything because i do not wanna start a war. he is one of those guys that park in-between the drivways where you are not supposed to. thx for the vent! this is what i'm dealing with daily sucks

With those leaves I'd check cowl hood hinges and around the back glass... then the usual undercarriage areas...

I have not don't wanna open can of worms. I figure if the guy dose not relize he just dosn't care. he recently put in a motorcycle lift and was painting a tank right out in the driveway
I did that when i was young and dumb that gets overspray on everything. gotta move

Thanks! I hate seeing wood and especially old solid furniture tossed out. Work had a bunch of crates they were going to destroy. One fellow wanted the long sides to build a shed. I got the ends and the caters. I asked for a couple sets and got all 8 sets, rated 500 lbs. each. They come in handy. Don't hurt yourself with all that manuvering and loading.

rust under the top and floors. Parts will be a little difficult to find. But a cool car.
 
Just posted my vintage receiver on C list, let the Tom F ery begin! Was trying to list it on Audiogon but it wanted me to link Paypal to it and I didn't want to set up another email account. May ask wife to put it on her FB Marketplace, hate selling stuff but need the room and that receiver, while a great one, doesn't drive my inefficient Magnepans that well.

Be careful moving. We did that 3 years ago in preparation for retirement. We moved "out a ways" and got ourselves a few acres, some woods, some privacy (in the summer at least), and a shed/shop for my toys (some old trucks, etc). Only problem is, now we've got other things to worry/complain about, as there are always trade-offs

It's all a matter of "the devil you know", as far as I'm concerned.

While I dislike HOAs (for obvious reasons) I also don't like people that rent in neighborhoods that don't have a lot of rentals
