Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morn'in all,
Crazy weekend. I left at 9pm Thursday night with a friend co-pilot who did not drive. Drove from Boston to Atlanta non-stop. Arrived at 6pm Saturday night. It snowed though the whole State of Virginia :BangHead: . Met up with csx711 who brought my recent built 727 with a gear vendor, driveshaft, new torque converter, and the wiring that I purchased here from another member for $2000. Spent the night and left 9am Saturday morning and drove non-stop back to Boston arriving at 4am Sunday morning.
Talk about a sore ***! LoL

Yay the comcast is back!

AND my guess is you chugged down I-95, which can be miserable.

I can imagine the commentary from you New Englanders navigating Virginia snow

That's a win. I'm sure letting things cool

Guessing there's ongoing concern of sensitization of the explosives.
I can’t imagine they’d have the fuses installed right? Not for transport. I’m sure the heat will make EOD haul them off and make them go boom somewhere

I know the feeling. I once drove from Minneapolis to Baton Rogue, Louisiana, and then back again- almost non stop. Alone.

I also did a non-stop Mpls-Miami-Mpls trip once, but that was with my BIL, and we took turns sleeping in the back of the rental minivan.

hey any of you guys...get tired of being at home? ive been tossing out pt driver hints to trucking outfits aroud me....no otr crap..just loc or out a few nights....got a hit yesterday...they want an old gas bag to do recovery and fill in here and there....
Nope, 40 years was enough for me and my back. I went as far as letting my CDL go. Too much crap around trucking today to where it's not enjoyable anymore.

Here was my score from yesterday, all free. But keep in mind still has nails and screws throughout. Loading them on and off the trailer was some serious cardio! Spent the better part of the afternoon cleaning them up. Sheet by miserable sheet. Today I go back for 2x4s same deal, filled with nails and screws mine for the taking just have to demo and remove, then strip of hardware.

I should try that for indoor forklift operator. PT while someone is on vacation or recovering from product falling on him..

I have no problem with my 2004 Toyota Tundra 2wd. It's the Virginians that made it slow.
I came home via RT 81. Follows along the blue ridge mountains. Beautiful.
