Got a rack of baby back ribs in the oven, cooking for 8 hours today. I don't have a smoker that you guys use outside and I really don't have the time or the place to keep one. I do spray liquid smoke on the ribs before I bake them all day. They taste pretty damn good.
Sold them, tested them, and used them. They are really quite accurate and consistent.

The site I watch for the launch schedules says "LAUNCH SUCCESSFUL" the video portion which if from SpaceX says "now targeting 14:36 UTC"
As froggy as it is out there, my windows would still be rattling if they had launched
