Stop in for a cup of coffee

yeah.. i honestly am loving having a small block. it's my first one and it's sooo easy to work on it's silly... there are things i would change but me...
When I put Charlie the Swinger together for my teenage brat "I'm gonna put Hookers on this one. Never done them before." Read the destructions very thoroughly before I even took them out of the box. Well, Hooker left out 1 little thing, taking that fricking drag link off and feeding it through the hole in the pipes. :BangHead::lol:

ohhh god man.. whne i was a kid all my buddies had small blocks and all the headers did that! absolute ****.... i'm lucky mine don't go around like that...

At the car wash, damn, i forgot to take off the rear license plate.

Cool... remember.... tight tight tight til you hear creaking then back off 1/4 tune! Guys make it way harder than it has to be :)
Yeah I have been reading and watching videos...................glad someone is going to help me for the first time. Not something I want to screw up with the whole exhaust/intake opening and closing timing etc.

Well..i use the EOIC method and it makes things really quick and near impossible to mess up. That whole chart thing of turn 90 degrees 18 times and all that.. pain in the butt

Yeah I saw that. going to turn by hand though, don't feel like bumping my starter 200 times
i bought a remote switch to bump mine.. makes me feel fancy :) I Wanna switch to solid rollers but at like $1000 a set... ugh... plus i think i would need to pull my heads

I looked at remote switches but with the battery in the trunk would be a pain in the *** for connection.......................

why take it off? done in watercolors? or not paying and planning to run?
The pressure blows off the yearly sticker and some of the covering. They are vinyl overlay over aluminum. No stamped and painted. I have replaced it twice because of car wash damage.

I saw one video the guy connected to the battery........................
that guy was wrong :) One to the big post and i think the soilenoid is the screw in one..

You can jump it with a car key if you're in a pinch.

I just figured that is bumping my starter too much, unnecessary wear and tear. Maybe just being too cautious....................

Plus I have the MSD box and coil.......where do you hook that?
you don't.. you just want the starter to bump the motor, not start it... it just makes the starter kickin exactly the same as when you turn the key.. but with no ignition
