Oh... I'm grabbing pushbutton cores whenever I find them. I have 2 in the storage as well as 2 of the typewriters, although they are getting difficult to locate complete. They'll often be missing brackets or springs

nice.. I check FB daily looking for cheap cores (upto 76) for spare pumps/input shafts and stuff.... if i find a really cheap pushbutton i will snag it for the case though just cause
 
Checked fluids on the Sweptside and it’s got a pinion seal leaking. Need to get an appt with my brother to fix. He has a pit in his shop so can get at it easier

That seller Tike brought up is the one with the BB core. You mentioned the tail housing?

Cool this morning, will get into the 70’s today. Pushing 90’s for the next 3 days..swap meet tomorrow. Last year it was cold. Hope to fix heater core in Studebaker today.

Yup... i literally just saw it for sale 30 seconds ago.. i would have bought i in a minute if it weren't 10 hours away... 1 year only tailshaft which allows a normal driveshaft.. It's at $125 now.. i paid $300 and did a 12 hour trip to get mine
 
Ya, i know i dont need heat, but i want to fix it instead of bypassing.

ahh ok.. didn't know :) glad someone will get it.. will let you know if it has the tailshaft.. he didn't have "No guts" listed before... only thing you need is that tailshaft.. then guts from a 66-76 727 and you can use a normal converter also
