Stop in for a cup of coffee

Morning!
Heavy, i mean heavy thick smoke this morning. Last time i saw it so bad i was in northern manitoba working the forest fires with Mb Conservation. Crossing the big intersections can be dangerous, unable to see a safe distance.

Got all my grass cut, Kim did a lot of trimming. Yard looks good. Then went for a boat ride last night. Friend has a beautiful Masterctaft boat, very well taken care of. Was dead calm before the storm. Yup, thunderstorm last night. Legs are feeling rough today, im thinking its from sitting on the mower yesterday.
Studebaker in shop, fix coolant leak, and put a water valve on heater hose.
Doubt i will do much outside today.
Busy guy! I hurt after getting off the rider too. It's not big enough for me I guess.

My yard is bumpy and no spring on the seat of my mower. I feel like a marble in a tin can getting bounced around.
There are options

:lol: :rofl::eek::rofl:

2 of my 3 kids will be over tomorrow to help move (pre move), unpack a "U-Box" that will be delivered to our rental (that alone saves us $800) and some of the household stuff in tubs. I'll be buying the pizza, may have to come from Coupeville since they can't even seem to get pizza right in this town. Good luck with your sales, projects and your sore muscles! Have a Great Day All!

What the HELL is it with this sudden rash of guys askin for help and then gettin bent outta shape when you ask for details that THEY have left out? What the actual FARK? I'm just gonna start tellin um to pound sand. I hope his pile of crap turns the engine into molten metal.

I agree 100%. Or they have an engine issue and they tell you their car is B5 blue and show a few photos of it. :BangHead: :BangHead: :mob: :mob: :mob:

Both you guys are thin and I am envious. I have always been the opposite. Weight is hard to control for me.
Same here, I have brod shoulders compared to alk my 4 bothers, and yes, I could wipe any two at a time at age 15 and up, but I have to work harder on keeping weight off, but it's a testament of what's important to me to do what I can, lord knows I miss ice cream, bread, and spices on my ribs, but at 193 or 4 I am now 30 lbs lighter then I was 2 years ago and holding it off, he'll, just a year ago I did a video of me starting Victoria I had pert near 15 lbs on then that I don't have to carry around. The last few pictures I seen of you Mike you have lost wait big time compared to you when I met you at Farmington. Yep, I have never been skinny

I guess most of the Carlisle gang is on site now. Have fun and try to stay cool. Not happening for me this year. I will be working today and tomorrow. Was just out looking at Duster, -pretty sad now with a lot of paint peeling on hood and roof. I'm actually helping it by occasionally popping some loose. Still looks good under most of it. Once I get a whole area off, I'll reprime. Trying to avoid heavy sanding the paint off and messing up any body work. If I can get past the wasps, I'd like to work on the interior a bit this year.

I bought a seat spring adapter for the mower, took some work to get it mounted but at least there is a little suspension now. Springs can be adjusted as well as a built in slider. I just need to modify the go-ahead/backup pedal as its uncomfortable as hell.
My yard is really rough, mowing with my old heavy tractor when the grond was soft. And frost changes it every year. I should drag harrows every time i mow..

11:00. I need to get through the shower and get something done. It did quit raining for now.

It's a bit cooler today here, 87 right now, but am I going out there to pick up wind fall or trim up lower branches? Nope, no rain here for 40 hours, but it could drop an inch at anytime... taking the wife to visit our two sons and enjoy a meal away from the house, it is Friday ain't it ?
Creed hanging out with the lady that cuts my hair in low cut tops ..lol. center, but I bet you knew that already
