Thanks Robbie. That will be all the way north in Viet Nam at the Capitol City of Hanoi. I have been there a few times and, yes the pollution is bad, but I believe its because it is a very old city with narrow streets and many inhabitants. The Largest City in Viet Nam is actually Ho Chi Minh City ( Only called that by Northerners ) Everyone in the South of Viet Nam still calls it Saigon..LOL..Siagon has much wider streets and a less dense population but they also have much pollution from gas powered motorbikes. Perhaps the VN Govt. will expand limitation there in the future. I don't see how restrictions on motorbikes can be possible, since every family has them and relies upon them to commute to work, and family use. The area in Hanoi they are talking about is in the Center/Tourist area, hence the desire to make it less polluted and attract more foreign tourism dollars.....Hey Mitch came across this article little while ago it might interest you when you go back to see Lynda you might be footing it they say to much pollution from motor bikes good luck
