Wife just brought in the mail. Got a notice that we blowed through toll gates twice. Pitiful picture but don't look like a RAV4, wrong tag number. It says 2nd notice too. All new to us. I need something to change my luck. Oops added a pic b4 I remembered that's a no no
Have to drop rear subframe to replace upper contol arm. I have been battling with this all day. I got the rear nuts off, but studs go into aluminum bushings. Corroded bad. Front bolts finally came loose, also a fight. Broke my 1/2” drive long ratchet, 
So, I swapped the Demon out to some better street tires. Just black steels
I hate that. We had to delay my grandmothers during the peak of Covid back in 2020 and it was brutal waiting. Deepest condolences RedYounger brother had yet another holiday planned and booked i guess. He's holding pop up until 09-03.

Ya, so i got control arm in. Was a full day. Now it needs to be preloaded before tightening. Guess im winging it. Thats why i save a couple screw jacks.
Hard to imagine just 2 days ago, this was un touched forest. Never logged. Family owned since 1848. Feel a bit guilty but most of what we took down were beech trees and nearly all were hollowed out rotten.

Nice. There was a time when I really impressed myself with what I could do in MS Paint. Believe it or not, I can't even open Paint today. To explain, got a brand new HP laptop sometime back. Don't use for much. A few weeks ago I snapped a pic to use as my avatar here. Took a notion to add a bit of text to it. Point and click, windows, accessories, paint. A box pops up, says 1st to look for a newer version of Outlook. I'm like WTF? not Outlook! Feckin Paint. Clicking my way again, windows, accessories, paint. Damn thing opens Power Point. Now I'm getting angry, shaking a bit, cursing louder. Closed power point, and here I go again, move the mouse slower this time. Wife is watching when I click PAINT!. You might guess. No? Damn Outlook again. Still downloading latest version. I gave up, held the power button down rather than throw the fecking thing. HP had sent multiple messages asking for feedback. I had ignored those. When got yet another such request ,, Oh yeah, they got both barrels. My only mistake was deligating the purchase of a new lap top to wife and daughter. They purchased from Walmart dot com. Without additional rant about the hot solder splatter across the screen fresh out of the box, tell everyone you know, HP does ship seconds and/or rework to Walmart. Go to Best Buy, anywhere else.
