Stop in for a cup of coffee

Honestly the best State Fair I have been to was in Wasilla/Palmer, Alaska. Clean, great people, nothing crazy.
Good thing I wasn't there this day.

The really nice thing about the Alaska State Fair is there is less than 1M people in the whole state (which is 2/3 the size of the whole lower 48).

Our insurance lady needs us to transfer the title of our old Buick to Lauren. No money is changing hands but the county doesn't like that because no tax is paid. The wife is working on that with the Treasurer. I'm sur there have been many title transfers where no money changed hands.

Morning all. coffee is ready hear so sitting on the deck watching the Hummingbirds, 62degs out for now. Should get close to a Hundred before a cool down this weekend.

Good morning everyone. It's been a hectic few days, but I'm back now. Our littlest, Brock, had to go in for a tonsillectomy. He has Down Syndrome and he's non-verbal. He wasn't cooperating after surgery and wound up having to stay in the hospital a few days. But he's doing great now and we're back home. The worst part now is that he's on a 3 hour rotation with meds, so not much sleep for several days now. Rough on an old man. :)

His sisters were happy to have him home. They decorated the house and threw him a party.
