Final inspection didn't pass today. pilot went out on the water heater. I think I talked about this earlier I think. :BangHead: I restarted it and checked on it mud afternoon. All good but.......

I don't know how old the thing was when I replaced mom and pops gas water heater with a tank less electric. It's up in the house too. Gas unit was in a **** hole of a half assed basement. Right at under foot of twin beds, 1 being mine.

Mine here crapped out last year. Pilot wouldn't stay lit after a cycle. Thermocouple. Nope it took a gas valve. Oh and they aren't universal any more.

14 years since you've had it, or that is from the date code on the tank?

I had one fail that the installer had bought from a warehouse... it was 10 years old to start. Turned out it was "out of warranty"

Figures they would do that instead of warranty starts when installed.

Didn't look at the build date. No fender tag. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

Baker Street was very good too. I wanted a sax for Christmas at 7 years old. Had my tonsils and adenoids removed in a doctors office while out of school for that 2 weeks. The sax I got from santa was a shinny gold piece of plastic. I suppose if I had really wanted to pursue that I would have eventually. I did become the hippy with the bongos. No regerts.
