Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well 63 all blocked out and ready for another go round of primer but I been dragging my *** around all day not wanting to do it.
I use to like to block and prime because it was relaxing but now it's more like work.

All checked out good and as expected for being so close to surgery (6 weeks out) so now just waiting for the phone call to schedule the other side.

Rest today, tomorrow im going out to shop, maybe do some puttering around. Not supposed to, but i have no helper. I need to get the firebird gone. He has to put it away before snow. I may need to find him a carb yet.

Don't forget to snap some photos. Nothing sexier than an old car in primer.

Be smart Frank, the ground is littered with guys that got impatient and decided they knew more than the Surgeon who had installed a thousand stents. Seriously guy, we need ya! Hire a kid to be your hands or whatever it takes. There’s a zillion firebirds but only one you.

Talk about curing diseases, well, we weren't actually but I'll run with that. Brewing up a big pot of chicken and noodles. I made my own stock with a Sam's rotisserie chicken. It's bubbling away on the stove. Smells heavenly in here.

Couldn't have said it better John.

I finished priming the 63 and took a shower so I'm ready for your cooking Mike.
HO! and a few sips of some good Burbon.

Doesn't look like much in primer but it is straight and good gaps. Better than factory anyway. It should be one sweet ride when it's done.

Tomorrow should be a little “interesting” for me at work. One of our Techs, the owners “pet”, messed-up and burned out a $2,600 (our cost) controller. I won’t go into details, but right before I left this afternoon the boss essentially told me to lie to our customer and tell them it was that way when we got there. In other words, I’m supposed quote a replacement controller to them…..

Check your ethics and morals at the door, I guess.

Anyway, I’m going to hold my ground, and if push comes to shove, I may be “retiring” this year after all. We’ll see!
