đũa.. or chopsticks... You eat the noodles with them and the beef. Used a spoon when they laid down to the bottom of the bowl. You can see in my picture there's a plate of the Vietnamese hot peppers. I always put them in but I always fish around them and don't eat them directly. Today I ate one by accident. Almost lit me on fire. Thanks for the free tea that they give you when you eat.
