I took a big gulp cup with the taper on the bottom and cut it to fit worked great.
The center thing I have in Duster was too big. i fitted it to my cup with a roll of duck tape.

Well, I’m back from the Oral Surgeon. I knew it wasn’t going to be good when I walked in and they didn’t try to check me in, just told me to have a seat.
5 mins later, the nurse came out and said they had a medical emergency going on and would just do a quick assessment on me to determine how long I could wait for the extraction to be rescheduled. 10 minutes later, I was checked and rescheduled for Friday next week.

A factory one should work with a little modification to the mounting.
