Put a new front bumper on the Barracuda yesterday. Of course had to drill the bumperette holes. Looks great!!
Also changed out the Positive battery cable. Suffering from a sinus infection so laying flat on the floor wasn't a good thing.
Went to the buddy's shop and used the lift...sweet!!

Where did you finally find the battery cable at?
My parts buddy had a guy selling them a little cheaper than most. After taking the old one off you could clearly tell it was OLD!!

Sounds like you boys are all getting close to being ready for the annual migration to the Mecca. We head to Wyoming for a wedding today. My aunt who is 78 years old asked me to walk her down the aisle. It will be a hoot.
I'm sure you'll have a blast with that one!! Maybe next year you'll find the light and make the pilgrimage.

I am putting next year Carlisle on calendar now! Supremely jealous of all that are going. My school schedule simply would not let me go this year. I am trying to put myself in a better position for my next try at retiring again. I sucked at it last time. I was not prepared mentally for it. The financial aspect did not spook me but the mental preparation was not there. I was an idiot. I did not recognize the level of stimulation my mind needed to keep me content.
You have to find something to do that interacts with others in ways. Works for me. Took a while to figure it out!
Most of these mugs are on the east coast. I've been sitting here now a couple years ago and haven't seen anyone go yet.
I'm still looking for something to do.
Morning guys. I got invited to a little car display at the local Ballroom. It was a reception for the Heartland Conference for VGM-Forbin a big company in town. I didn't take too many photos. I was too busy talking to the girls! LOL

Almost killed me literally sitting around reading all the time.
I got some more info on those SB transmissions. They were rebuilt in the early 80's for the govt and all have 4 gear planetary gears. Unfortunately they wont get here till after Carlisle. Prob going to get a shipping container for storing that stuff in. She will love that one. Told him I will take 20 of them. Going to ask 700 OBO on them. Hope I don't get my *** kicked doing this one. Bad timing but the deal is there.
