So far so good but the odds are definitely starting to stack against us.
Shop cleanup is going slow. I keep tripping on my oil pan for the Dart. Screw it, im gonna do it. Then i can drop it in.

Well, rusty pan is off.
How did i manage to break a pan bolt?
Middle bolt below block heater.
Other side was tight too,but it came out. Tempted to leave it.
Drilling it while its hanging from a chain may be a little difficult.
At least pan is off, once new one is on,i can drop it into car. Have to find the yoke, so i can keep trans fluid in...

Its hideous.i mean of course, my stupid antic for the day.
Its a chrome-bottomed grease pot!!
With any luck it will leak less than the original.
It ran decent,so a little cleanup in spring and plunk it in.
Guess i will attack the 8-1/4” next. It will look better when i’m done.
The whole point of this exercise is to tear it down,and re-assemble.
So at a later date when i go at it again,it will come apart without a battle.
