Yeah he might! I just read the article and found out the Mystery Motor was in fact an IIS 427 engine according to the author of the article. It was quite an engine development program they had going on there."Truth be told, Dick Keinath had a hand in every modern Chevrolet engine from four cylinders to early 348 NASCAR engines to 302 Z28 engines and of course the now legendary big blocks." So the article reads. Not sure if he did any work on motors, the article doesn't mention anything about that.
