strut rod bushing

i have a 72 demon and im replacing all my bushings but have no idea how to get the strut rod out and what torque spec.

The torque on the strut rods at the bushing end is 45ft lbs and at the control arm it is 105 ft lbs. You will need to remove the torsion bars to remove the lower control arms to get the strut rods out.
