Last fall I noticed some water in the taillight of my 67 Dart. I pulled it apart and found where the water leaked past the gasket. I put a new gasket set in the taillights a few years ago. What is best to secure the gaskets to the housing? The tabs in the lens(where it screws to the housing)are stripped a little and don't seem to tighten as much as they should. Can I put a drop of crazy glue or something in each one? New lenses are out of the question at this time.
Thanks
Aaron

I used Butyl tape on the tail panel openings prior to installing the light assembly with gaskets. It gave an extra seal, just don't plan on removing the assembly, it will be a bear to get them off.
