Nice job chefmanmike!!!
Last week I bought a 68 GTS convertible. Yesterday a buddy and I made the 8 hour round trip to go get it and bring it home. This morning I stopped by the local body shop to check on the progress on my 68 Barracuda convertible and found they had started cutting in the surf turquoise paint.
NICE Dart Jim!
Thanks! I've got to try them dry now to see if I can get them to smoke.
@Gamedog, I brined a pork shoulder roast in apple juice for a day, I used apple chips but man are they light and dry. They started to smoke and only lasted 10 min. or so. Those I will soak in water to slow em' down. It seems once you the first batch going the wet ones start smoking within a few min.
Front End And Family Friday. Running errands with the kiddos.
Mike and Gamedog, Pm your addy's and will send some chunks of this local wood your way. A small quarter chunkwill last a cook and this stuff smells like candy (especially the peach).

I was only 6 years old in 1969 so I don't remember much. I'll have to dig out a picture from around that time. My older sister was having a party and the picture caught me in the middle of making a peace sign. Same sister bought an album recorded at Woodstock. I remember give me an F, give me a U, give me a C... What that spell??? It didn't last long before mom broke it and threw it away.
Better show that back side! I got counseled last week.
