Thank you Discount Tire

On the way home tonight I had a flat tire on my Suburban. Went down like a ton of bricks.
Long story short took the tire to Discount Tire and the hole was too large, there was no fix.
I run Goodyear Eagle II P275/55R20 tires.
Service guy said not in stock, no problem would have it tomorrow. Tapped a few times on his computer and showed that I had purchased the tires from them. Said he would give me a $66 dollar credit. I do not purchase road hazard insurance. I do a quite a bit with them but no means a fleet account. Bottom line out the door, tire mounted and balance $113.00
Some times we ***** too much but today I have to say Thank you Discount Tire!!

Yep, it's nice to hear about good service. Sad that we take notice of good service since we're expecting customer no-service.
