If the car is rust free and all original and running in good shape I believe that 3800 is low
 
Dont let the green paint fool you - it is a slant six, no frills Dart that needs paint and TLC. $3800 is about right, it might even be on the high side....
 
looks crappy....look at the rear wheel well and lower qt....looks like a pile of mud,or a 6 year old did body work on it.3800s to much.
