It's a shame there should need to be a law to tell someone to "Pull thier damn pants up"

I razz everyone that does that crap. "Dude, your pants are falling down"

That's racist!

I saw a guy recently with his pants pulled way down over his *** and wearing briefs. It was ultra-weird.
 
My wife used to tell this clown at the PO to pull up his pants every time she seen him. She was walking by him once when he was hitting on a friend of hers, she snuck up behind him and pulled them down.....I have seen some one running across a street and fall in traffic because of there droopy draws....
 
It is a law in some cities and states...... I agree 100%
 
Leave em down, it makes them easier to spot and I can prepare myself to deal with the toolshed
