Thread Preview feature gone

I used to be able to hover over a tread title and get a short preview before I clicked it. Is it gone or is it a setting somewhere that got changed?

Thanks Joey. Hum....I cant figure it out. I'm using a Microsoft Surface 3 with a MS pen and attached keyboard. Neither works. Maybe someone else had the issue and responds. I've already turned on the mouse hover in ease of access.

I have no knowledge of the surface or what problems it may cause. Sorry.

maybe it doesn't work on mobile? I don't know how to "hover' on my ipad...

The hover feature works on my PC....

works on my pc too. takes a second but it works
