Hey FABO,

I'm hoping someone can help me with my A833OD set up. I'm swapping it into a 75 Trailduster that used to have an NP435 4 speed.

I'm trying to get the clutch fork throw set, but I'm not seeing the clutch disc move off the flywheel when I have my helper pump the pedal.

How much travel should the TO bearing a d clutch fork have? Right now it's about 1". It's using a short rod though, soi I am guessing I'll need to get a longer rod.

If the z-bar wasnt clocked right, that would cause all the problems you describe .
I'd check that first !

Try adjusting the rod. I had seen this before. When I get stuck I ask Jamie Passion. He is excellent. Passion Performance. Jamie diagnosed a broken clutch spring over the phone for me. One spring was broken.
