So obviously 340s and 360s get tons of love but how about a post for some 273 and 318 appreciation?

Commando 273 in my 65 Barracuda January 1969. Blew it up November 1972 trying to drive 200 miles in second gear after breaking the 3-4 shift lever. My ship was headed to Viet Nam, so had to get it home. Had 150K on it at the time.

The one in the corner is the original factory engine to my car (bored 60 over), gone.
The other one is a 66 block that is now in the car.
At this time I had the one in the car and two more. Now just one spare block.
All 273s

Odd camera angle but it's after I dressed my battery up to look like OEM. THe engine has been in for 12 years now. (I need to straighten out that hold down bolt)
