Tincup's 63 Dart w/5.7 Hemi

-
That is what I exactly did. I removed the plug and installed the truck dipstick. If the motor is all together with oil just put some oil and drill a hole once you do that take a screw and srew it in and take plyers and pull the plug out. Good luck.

Thanks lime, I'm wondering if I can make my car dipstick fit?

The pan gasket is also the windage tray, so just reuse the old one, only if you move the dipstick to the drivers side.

car **** as requested

As promised, all the car **** you wanted, hope you enjoy!!

It's about time....just kidding, build is looking great. Of course you know I'm going to have a ton of questions. Who's body wiring harness are you using? You said that you purchased your radiator from Northern, is that correct?

Ron Francis wiring, radiator is a Northern, but I got it from Ebay with the fans and relays (total package) for 500 bucks if memory serves.

Did you see the manifold spacers, we machined them out of billet aluminum to get the tb above the truck timing cover a 1/4 inch, spacers are 1 1/2 inches tall, so now I have even longer runners that will help give some more torque.

Nice job, I'm finding out that you can solve just about any problem just by thinking outside the box.

You're right, you gotta do what ya gotta do to make things fit and function.

Its great to see that you finally got the camera working. The pictures look good. Now it is time that you just download the heck out of it so we can see how the progress came along. I am happy for you. Now Tin and I can really get on your case. lol

Ok lime, now you can get on my case and tell me to pull the trans and bolt the converter in, pull the dynomax mufflers and swap them for some flowmaster super 40's, and the list goes on, and on.

Let's go, get to work on that beast, I want to see paint on it by friday.....

Uh..... what year on a friday would be good for you?

What do you guy's think of my new gas cap?

I finished welding up the passengers side inner fender, now just clean them up and prime.

'Bout time you got off your butt and did something, lol!

You know, we need to see some paint on one car and on the other hand Tin needs to get of the couch and get to work. Keep those pictures comming.lol
By the way the gas cap looks good. It must have taken you a long time to install it.lol

Need a close up of that gas cap. I really dig those wheels. Wish I had gone rear discs. I may do it if I ever switch to BBP

No paint, still have to go over my crappy primer job, it looks like someone threw sand on it as I was painting. Saturday I'm helping a friend, were going to pick up an MG, yeah I here all the crap now, but he has helped me out working on my car so now I gonna repay my "debt" and tow it home for him. Hey, I do believe a small block will fit with the proper amount of persuasion!!!
