All of those apply to me except 16. I don't do squats. Some time back some idiot physical therapist tried to get me to do squats and I insulted her and walked out. At my age, I don't eff'n need to freekin' do squats.

When I squat and then stand, the sound you hear is not celery in a can, although it might be that of "processed" celery.

Yep wife and I are off like a herd of turtles... box turtles, slow female (slower than males) orange ones, overweight, very, very old ones, missing some feet. Blind in one eye. Deaf too.

I'm blind in one eye also so between the two of us we have a good pair of eyes.
