I looked back through my pictures but it doesn't look like I have a picture of these. I seem to remember some sort of "pad" or piece of vinyl? that was affixed to the top of the wheel well. I assume for the top to sit on while retracted. Am I remembering correctly? If so, does anyone have a picture of these? What were they made out of and what did you use for a replacement? This is on a 68 Dart.

The only thing covering the wheelwell is the top well. There was nothing attached to the metal.

There was no well liner on the car when I bought it. Maybe the pieces that were there were remnants of the old well liner. The top installation instructions say to glue the liner down to the top of the wheel well. That must be it. Thanks

Mine was never glued down. My GTS was mostly original in 1983 when we bought it. The well only hung there from the drip rail area.
