[FOR SALE] Torch Head and gauges

I have an old torch set has not been used in 15 years. The torch head is a Victor and the gauges are Harris. $40 +$20 for the ride to a US zip. 40 bucks just incase a part needs rebuilt.

Disregard the gauge on top. I really don't know what it's for. If you can tell please ID for me.
