Torque boxes needed?

Exactly! I did mine with the suspension on floor jacks and made sure the car was close to level. I checked this at the rocker panel.
Here's how I did mine.

Cross braced the whole car on the suspension before disassembly.

Then, installed full floor pan, front lower rad support, torque boxes , RMS rear suspension cross brace and... the full roof section.

When completed the doors, hood, trunk lid close perfectly.

I also jacked the corners of the car when re assembled and no twist visible what so ever.

Everything still closed perfectly.

I only have the US Car Tool sub frame connectors on mine, nothing else, and if I put car on lift or jack it up doors go out of alignment a little bit. Not as bad as when it had no connectors they still open and close. I have the full Level 2 kit but only put connectors on due to excessive scope creep during project. I think it really needs those 4 torque boxes to get rid of that flex since floor is new and there isn't any rust anywhere under the car anymore.
