Torqueflite 904 Front band adjustment

Have a quick question on the front band adjustment for my 904 I'm at the end of rebuilding.
The stock band was the steel kind and the rebuild kit now has a flex band. Will the factory specs of 72 In pounds and amount of turns be the same for a flex band as they were for the steel band?
