Trouble with neighbors dog...

-
I use a 20 gauge semi auto shotgun with a light bird load in it. Hit them at range and it is not enough to kill them but lets them know they don't want to be around. I live in the hills though.

The coyotes have been bad this year. Have had to go out a few times to help my dog battle them off. They have been coming in close to the house because of all the rabbits we have at night in the lawn.

If they keep it up there going to get a tast of my Mini 14.

Give the offensive pooch a biscuit ladden with couple scoops of pure MSG. He'll sleep for a while. Not too much though could cause seizures

Since we are on the subject of killing ****, I gotta tell this story.

Back in pennsylvania, I lived on a very rural road with several farms with anywhere from 50-300 acres each.

I had a 5 acre spread which butted up to two 300 acre farms owned by a neighboring farmer and my father in law.

The neighboring farmer kept losing his chickens, goats, sheep and several small pets from the area went missing and nobody could not figure out what was killing them so my Father in law and I were hired to find out.

I sat out with some night vision and used some ground beef as bait and lo and behold a pack of coyotes and three domestic dogs, two pitts and a lab/ pitt mutt to be exact were all running together and fought after the ground beef.
We watched how they came in the corral and how they left just for observation and planning our strategy.

Next night came and we were ready for them, and we warned the surrounding farmers that they may hear some fireworks tonight so that nobody called the cops.

I'll tell ya, it's a good feeling cleaning house with the AR-15 when you know you are helping out your neighbors livelihood and pets.
Was like shooting fish in a barrel because we rigged the gate to trap them in once they entered the corral.
There were 9 of them altogether.

The farmer already had a large hole dug with his dozer so we just threw them all in the hole at daybreak and everyone continued about their bidnezz as usual.

Thank you Pennsylvania fish and game commission for purposely introducing coyotes into the wild to cut down on the deer population.............just gives us rednecks more **** to shoot at between game seasons.

Lmfao thats a good story

You just happen to be sighting your AR in at the time they came around right and they got in the way ? hahah That had to of been interesting night without a doubt.

You would be surprised at the effectiveness of a quality dog whistle. Not the Petsmart cheap crap.

That being said, agressive dogs such as these are a clear indication of a poor dog owner. Speak to law enforcement and animal control, learn the local laws and use them to your advantage.
